Abbass Advocacy was founded by Sadeq Abbass, marking a new chapter in a journey that began with his first investment property in 2012. Over the years, Sadeq has meticulously crafted a multi-million dollar property portfolio, strengthening his expertise in the realms of property, banking, and finance.

Throughout his decade-long experience, Sadeq has provided guidance to hundreds of Australians, helping them to develop robust property investment strategies. His business ethos is centred around transparency, exceptional customer service, and delivering expert advice.

Holding licenses as an estate agent in multiple states, and being both a Qualified Property Investment Adviser and an accredited Finance & Mortgage Broker, Sadeq leverages his vast knowledge to lead a team dedicated to delivering superior outcomes.

A Buyers Agent, or Buyers Advocate is someone who acts on
behalf of the buyer to identify, inspect and negotiate and bid at
auctions and / or negotiate the best outcome on behalf of the
buyer.

People who leverage the services of a Buyers Agent are typically
time poor or resource poor. A Buyers Agent takes the stress out of
inspecting properties and has exclusive access to off-market,
pre-market and post-market properties not available to the market.
Other reasons would be to leverage the Buyers Agents deep
market knowledge, expert negotiation skills or to ensure they do
not overpay for a property.

We are a highly qualified and resourced team who specialise in
building property portfolios for clients. Our clientele take
advantage of our services due to not only our expertise but our
investment into data & analytics as well as our interstate property
resources and access. We say no to tens of off-market properties
every month, as they do not pass our strict SALFA checklist,
trialed and tested with over 100 clients.

We are a full service, property and finance business with access
to mortgage broking, conveyancing, tax & accounting advisory and
property management services.

Our office is based in Camberwell, Victoria but we operate
nationwide, currently buying in Queensland, Western Australia,
South Australia and Victoria.

We will only ever get paid by the customer.
